She recommended doing some upgrades before the sale. She made all the arrangements with the contractors and we trusted her judgement and those whom she used! The transformation was amazing!!! So amazing that we contemplated keeping the condo! We feel she went above and beyond! She did all the leg work for us! She has great vision and communication skills and always responded quickly to questions! She advised making a small investment which in turn upped the value by quite a bit! A win for us!
